Any aircraft that does not meet the following requirements will not be permitted to fly according to Rule 56
(a) In the case of flights not marked with national registration marks, but in accordance with clause (g) of sub-rule (3) of rule 56, the Director General may grant permission to fly even if the condition as per this clause is not fulfilled.
(b) not having a certificate of airworthiness,
(c) Not having personal license, rating and certificate or not having the required number of crew,
(d) Not having other necessary documents for air flight.
